Hike with Angela Matthies
Special Community Walk + Easy Hike with Angela Matthies
I will be joining Angela Matthies for a relaxed, easy-level walk on Saturday, July 25 @ 10am on the beautiful Osoyoos International Hike and Bike Trail, meeting at the Rd 22/Bridge Parking Lot.
Angela is a counsellor and coach (Signature Self) and also the host of the South Okanagan Community Hikes, Walks, Paddles & Outdoor Gatherings Facebook page! We both have a shared hope of widening and deepening the quality of relationships in our South Okanagan community.
This walk is open to singles, couples, families, friends, and anyone who simply wants to enjoy a lighthearted morning outdoors with good people. Dogs are welcome too, on leash and with trail-friendly care.
This walk is one small, natural opportunity to come together, meet real people, and leave feeling a little more connected to our community. Widening your social circle is also a great step towards finding a new romantic partner!
The purpose and focus of this hike remains wellness, fun, and connection. Come meet Angela and myself along the path, enjoy some gentle conversation, and leave knowing at least one new person in our community.
Our plan is to hike for approximately 2 hours and then round out the day and refresh with lunch in Osoyoos at Barn Owl Eatery & Café, where dogs are welcome on the patio. If you don't make it out for the walk for any reason, please feel free to join us at the Barn Owl Eatery & Café at 12:30pm.

Speed Dating in Osoyoos
Speed Dating May 7th for Gen Xers & Baby Boomers at Gino’s Coffee House, Osoyoos
On Thursday, May 7th we present a double speed dating event. Baby Boomers can register to Speed Date from 6:30-7:30pm and Gen Xers can register to Speed Date from 8pm to 9pm.
Doors OPEN at 6pm
It will be blast of an evening and an opportunity to mix and mingle with all guests before and after each event. Come check out the amazing singles in the South Okanagan!
Registration is open now! You must pre-register for this event. Tickets are only $15 and your ticket includes one beverage of choice.
